QUALITY CENTER

The Quality Unit carries out the necessary work to ensure that the services provided to Health and Guidance Center users are provided with quality service within the scope of ISO 9001:2008 standards.

These works are;

  • Determining and defining the Process, Procedure, Instruction, Task, Authority and Responsibilities of Health and Guidance Center units,
  • Evaluating the “Patient Suggestion/Complaint Forms” for quality service delivery and taking the necessary solutions and precautions with the upper management,
  • Conducting a “Physician Observation Survey” once a year and evaluating its results and increasing its effectiveness,

Within the scope of certificate renewal carried out by TÜV Rheinland;

  • Conducting the necessary plans and work to conduct an “Internal Audit” every year with internal auditors,
  • Conducting a “Main Audit” every three years for certificate renewal,
  • “Interim Audits” are conducted for the continuity of the certificate after the main audit in the following two years.

Quality unit work is carried out by the quality management representative.
