ADMINISTRATION (CHIEF PHYSICIAN)

It ensures that all services and operations of the organization are carried out in the best way possible by the officers within the scope of the authorities and responsibilities given to them in this regulation, in accordance with the law, bylaws and regulations and within the understanding of the principle of social service and equality.

To create opportunities for the determination and implementation of quality policies and targets, to ensure that all personnel in SRM act within the scope of their duties and responsibilities related to quality, to enable the establishment of project teams and their healthy operation, to ensure that user and employee satisfaction is measured at regular intervals and complaints/suggestions are evaluated healthily,

To control the work of relevant unit managers and employees regarding the observation, examination and laboratory examinations of patients, as well as their diagnosis and treatment, and to help them apply modern scientific methods in these matters, to provide the necessary tools and equipment,

To determine the personnel needs of SRM by considering the staff advancements and location opportunities and to make a proposal to the relevant department head.
